It is unimaginable to me how this small business has survived with such utter disregard for their customers satisfaction. What a glaring difference with our experience than the previous post. You don’t see many owners assisting employees with the dirty work, which impressed me. The young man who came out to make the template, cut and installed was so patient. When we first met with them, we were unsure of granite or quartz counters. Ray (an owner) is helpful, knowledgeable and made trips to my house to assist his crew in tear out and installation. These people act like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to bring them business. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere that actually cares about their customers and providing decent customer service.

He began threatening to put a lien on my property, calling me a thief. When they ripped out my existing formica they also ripped out a piece of wood that was an existing windowsill which would have supported the new quartz piece going in as part of the windowsill. I had my contractor fix the issue because he needed to get moving on tiling my backspalsh. When they closed the door to the dishwasher one of the brackets that holds the dishwasher in place was shoved inbetween the control panel and the plastic lining. Eddy was very knowledgeable about what would make my kitchen look really great! Initial sales experience went great, the process to map out the counters was fun and enjoyable. Installers were very nice but you could see they only knew how to install in a perfect kitchen with perfect conditions. And last but certianly not least, the installers were not careful with my dishwasher. For me it’s getting increasingly more difficult to deal with each company. The installation company feels everything was done in a proper manner so arguing with them is not fun. The installers took much longer than expected, left a huge mess in the cabinets underneath where they cut the plywood and damaged the new granite. It took a few days for them to finally come out to fix the granite and then, they had to come out twice as the first time it was not done correctly. Should have gone with the local vendor who had a higher price but might of not have damaged my granite.

Albert was great in helping us pick out our slabs, everyone helped us get the most out of what we wanted and maximized the usefulness of the materials. I do know how contractors are and things do happen, but that does not excuse the complete lack of communication. I would not recommend to anyone this company for any of their services. Don’t do business with them unless you pay the day you take the stone out of their store.
