I would have given it five stars except the bottom has hard plastic bumps which cause the unit to slide if not handled gingerly. We bought a different microwave before this, and literally requested to send it back within 48 hours.Defrost by time or eliminate the guesswork and defrost by weight. I had the previous model to this one, and it died after only a few months. Brought to replace a waining unit and the old one still works better than this one. Love the express cook buttons and the 30 second add buttons. It has ample power and contains adequate convenience features without being unnecessarily complicated to use. We love its size, and it heats everything very well, and more quickly than our previous 1100 watt unit.
