This is the right apartment complex for you if you are looking for something more affordable, spacious and comfortable and nice but not necessarily bleeding luxury. It’s a good property that finished renovations in 2015 (so now the public areas on the ground floor look positively fancy) and it’s well-managed. They do require a deposit for their party space, but they return the fee if there is no damage. Had to call multiple times to complain about them wearing their filthy shoes in my apartment without booties, and sometimes they did more damage than whatever it was they were supposed to fix. They do not have an outdoor pool or grill area which was a little bit of a bummer. The staff were always quick to address any issues we had in our apartment.
