In the process of removing the caulk from underneath the countertops with a razor blade, they cut about a 12 inch gouge from our cabinets. They could either leave a big gap underneath or we would have a carpenter come out to level. Then he proceeded to show me for 15 or 20 minutes with a laser and standard level that everything was now fine. They were finally able to make something work but had forgotten a piece of the backsplash! When they came to laser measure, they told us everything was pretty level and install should be no problem. When they were putting on our countertops, they discovered our cabinets weren’t level. It was extremely upsetting because they had previous told us it would be fine. The next day the installers came out and again said they couldn’t get them level! They came out the next day along with a plumber to finally get this done. A month later they came and removed our old countertops and sink. They always provide friendly, professional service and stand by the finished product 100%.
